Setting up Outlook on your computer

Windows 10:

Step 1.

After logging into your machine click the "Start Button" at the bottom left and locate Microsoft Outlook (the version may vary).

Step 2.

This window will appear - click “Next”.

Step 3.

Click “Next” again on this window.

Step 4.

After a few moments Outlook will automatically fill in your information, make sure your name and email address are correct and click “Next”.

Step 5.

Once completed you should see the following screen, make sure you have all green check marks and click “Finish”. After finishing your set up, Outlook will open into your Inbox.

After following the steps your windows should look similar to this:

Windows 7:

Step 1.

After logging into your machine click the "Start Button" at the bottom left and locate Microsoft Outlook (the version may vary) normally located under “All Programs”

Step 2.

This window will appear - click “Next”.

Step 3.

Click “Next” again on this window.

Step 4.

After a few moments Outlook will automatically fill in your information, make sure your name and email address are correct and click “Next”.

Step 5.

Once completed you should see the following screen, make sure you have all green check marks and click “Finish”. After finishing your set up, Outlook will open into your Inbox.
