Ricoh Printers - How to get them serviced

*  Schools/departments will be responsible for purchasing Ricoh consumables (toner and photo conductors).  

  • Toner will be purchased from the warehouse. 
  • Photoconductors will be purchased from Ricoh, for now.

*   Each "new" printer comes with a 4 year warranty. 

*   Schools/departments can contact Ricoh directly for speedier repairs/issues. 

*  Please contact Ricoh at 1-800-432-9787. 

*  After a new printer is installed, TIMS will remove the old printer.
