Some people do not display in Global Address book

I'm having trouble with staff members not showing up on the global address book contact list.  

The reason for this is that the Cache Mode setting is Enabled (turned on) in your Outlook program. You will need to Disable (turn off) this setting to resolve.

How to Disable Cache Mode in Outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013

  

FOR MS OUTLOOK 2007 

1. Select Tools/Account Settings

  

2. Select Email Tab/Change

 

3. Uncheck the box “Use Cached Exchange Mode”

 

Select Next & Close buttons.

Last, you will need to Close out and reopen Outlook to finish the process.

FOR MS OUTLOOK 2010 or 2013

1. Select File Tab / Account Settings Box/Select Account Settings

 

2. Select Email Tab / Change button

 

3. Uncheck the box - Use Cached Exchange Mode

 

Select Next & Close buttons.

Last, you will need to Close out and reopen Outlook to finish the process.
