Student's Skyward family access password is not working

If a student's skyward password is not working, you will need to open a service request ticket to have it reset:

* Check gradebook to verify the student is using the correct ID# and that their status is Active.

 

* Check to see if they can logon to a regular desktop computer since their skyward login is exactly the same as their regular computer login. Username:  bisdxxxxxx (student id#)

Password: Same as their regular computer password. 

 

* If a student is new and not in your gradebook, chances are they have not been setup with a student ID and will need to wait until they are (24-48 hours after entered into Skyward).  However, you may check with the Counselor's office to see if they have an ID# and if their status in skyward is Active yet.
