Student's Skyward family access password is not working

If a student's skyward password is not working, contact your campus Family Access Coordinator in the office to have it reset.

NOTE* Check gradebook to verify the student is using the correct ID# and that their status is Active.

NOTE** If a student is new and not in your gradebook, chances are they have not been setup with a student ID and will need to wait until they are.  However, you may check with the Counselor's office to see if they have an ID# and if their status in skyward is Active yet.
