Android - Removing your BISD email from device

In order to reconfigure your BISD email on an Android device, you must completely remove the account first, then start over. Here is how you remove the account:

** Please note that pictures below may vary from the way your phone looks. **

1) Go to Settings, then select Accounts:

 

2) Then select Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

3) Select your Account:

4) Click on the 3 dots at the top right corner and choose "Remove account"

 

5) Choose "Remove account" one final time

6) Then, you will need to add your BISD email account back from beginning. Please find those instructions here:  CLICK HERE
