How do I use the Help Desk Knowledge Base or create / submit a help ticket?

The BISD Help Desk and Knowledge Base web page is available from the Help Desk and Support link on the BISD Staff webpage.  It is designed to help BISD Technology users with pertinent knowledge base articles and a ready way to submit a Technology Service request.

Below is a screenshot of the main Help Desk page:

Use any of the green highlighted areas to submit a help ticket

 The squares below are helpful knowledge base articles that provide you with information on various BISD technology issues you may encounter.

For example, the screen below shows the articles available under the Password/Security "square":

Should you select the Security Badge Procedures link, the related article opens, and the article is shown below with a link at the end to open a service request, if necessary.
