Go to the >BISD website >select Staff tab >select Technology Knowledgebase & Help Desk & Support link and select Sign In. Or, click here.
The page below appears. The 9 squares contain helpful Knowledge Base articles. Type keywords into the Search field area to show relevant articles or select the square related to the problem.
Either area indicated in green in the image below can be selected to submit a Technology Service Request Ticket.
After you click Submit a Request, the Technology Service Request Form appears below. You would fill out the required fields (with red asterisks) and select the submit button that will be at the bottom of the form.
You will receive email updates regarding the status of your request as it is processed.
