Keyboard/Mouse Not Working After Reboot

If you have a newer Dell 7010 or 7020 PC and are experiencing issues with the Keyboard/Mouse not being recognized when you start up your computer, please see the image below for a diagram on how your devices should be connected to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
