Network Error “The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed”

I cannot logon to my laptop and/or desktop computer. 

I get this message:  

What do I need to do? 



This message indicates the computer has lost it's network connection and will need to be rejoined to the BISD domain by a hardware technician (or the help desk if a remote connection can be made). 

You should open a service request ticket including the following: 

Your Room #

Your Ext# 

Service Tag #
