How to Recall a Sent Email Message in Outlook

I need to recall an email message 



1.  From the HOME TAB, click on Sent Items




2. Next, click to open the email you want to recall. 





3. Next, click on the envelope icon to recall the email. 


OR IF YOU DO NOT SEE an envelope icon you can click on the Actions drop down and select Recall This Message.




4. Last, make your selections to complete the recall request and click Ok.
