If you are attempting to use the Vision software on classroom laptops, you will need to boot all of the devices up and sign in. Additionally, you will need to wait 5 minutes after your have successfully reached the desktop.
We suggest that if you are using this application on a laptop, it is best practice to get Vision running at the beginning of the day. When done correctly, the laptops should work dependably the rest of the day.
