Student Edgenuity Sign-In Issues

If you receive the following error, please follow the steps below:

Chromebook


 

  1. Clear your browser Cache by following the instructions in the link below:

    Google Chrome: Clear Cache And Cookies

  2. Restart the computer and have the student attempt to sign into Edgenuity again.
  3. If prompted, be sure to select the Birdville ISD Federation Services option. The student must then enter their BISD computer account information (bisd(student ID)). If the wrong selection is made you will need to clear the browser cache by repeating step 1.

Windows Computer


  1. Verify that the student is using their BISD computer account to sign into the machine.
  2. Verify that you are using Google Chrome to access the my.birdvilleschools.net portal.
  3. If prompted, be sure to select the Birdville ISD Federation Services option. The student must then enter their BISD computer account information (bisd(student ID)). If the wrong selection is made you will need to clear the browser cache by proceeding to step 4.Edge2.PNG
  4. Clear your Chrome browser Cache by following the instructions in the link below:

  5. Verify the student selects the Birdville ISD Federation Services option when prompted.
