Project Innovate iPad Passcode Issues
Changed & Forgotten Passcode
If you do not know your passcode for your Project Innovate iPad, do not make repeated failed guesses as your iPad will be permanently locked and forced to connect with iTunes which will result in the iPad being restored to factory settings. At this point, you will lose all pictures, data, & settings on the device.
Users may submit a Service request ticket and request that the passcode be cleared from the device via our MDM (Mobile Device Management).
After the passcode has been cleared, users will need to go to settings > passcode and set a new passcode for the iPad.
