In the event of an Emergency, and you have to dial 911 from your Cisco desk phone, please be aware of the following:
• From any Cisco phone, you can dial “911” or “9911”. Either of these numbers will work for contacting Emergency Response.
• The call may take up to 5 seconds to actually start ringing; PLEASE DO NOT HANG UP, allow the call to process and ring through.
