Copy a File

Press and hold down the CTRL key while you drag the file to another folder.

 

Create a Desktop Shortcut

Press and hold down CTRL+SHIFT while you drag a file to the desktop or a folder.

 

Selecting Multiple Files in a Folder

Select the first document in a folder and scroll down to the last one you want selected. Hold the SHIFT button and click on the last file you want selected.

 

Select Multiple Individual Files in a Folder

Select all desired files while holding the CTRL key
