STEP 1

Click on the link Forgot your password.

STEP 2

You will need to enter your Munis Username which is your employee number without the letter b or leading zeroes, if any. 

Example: b01234  then you would need to enter 1234

Then, click Retrieve Hint.  

Step 3

Provided that your email address is correct in the Munis system you should get this last screen message. Email sent successfully. Your Password Hint will be sent within minutes.

 STEP 4

You will receive the following email.

If your password hint did not help you can submit a service request to have your Munis Password reset.
