Ricoh Printers - How To Get Them Serviced
- Schools/departments will be responsible for purchasing Ricoh consumables (toner and photoconductors).
Toner will be purchased from the warehouse.
Photoconductors will be purchased from Ricoh, for now.
- Each "new" printer comes with a 4 year warranty.
- Schools/departments can contact Ricoh directly for speedier repairs/issues.
- Please contact Ricoh at 1-800-432-9787.
- After a new printer is installed, TIMS will remove the old printer.
