Ricoh Printers - How To Get Them Serviced

  • Schools/departments will be responsible for purchasing Ricoh consumables (toner and photoconductors).

Toner will be purchased from the warehouse.

Photoconductors will be purchased from Ricoh, for now.


  • Each "new" printer comes with a 4 year warranty.
  • Schools/departments can contact Ricoh directly for speedier repairs/issues.
  • Please contact Ricoh at 1-800-432-9787.
  • After a new printer is installed, TIMS will remove the old printer.
