Sometimes it will open if I refresh it or I have to open and close it several times before it will open properly.

Open the Adobe Program whether it is Adobe Reader or Acrobat Pro.

Select Edit from the menu bar and select Preferences.

 

 

On the left window, Under Categories Select Internet.

Make sure to UNCHECK the "Display PDF browser".

Click Ok then exit Adobe.

 

If does not resolve it submit a Service Request.
