How to Add the Library Card Catalog (Destiny) Desktop icon
1. Right click on your desktop one time / select New /
select Shortcut.
The URL can only be used once. Once you visit it, it changes.
The shortcut has to manually be created for it to work right.
2. Copy/Paste or enter the URL address for Destiny http://destiny4.esc11.net/common/welcome.jsp?site=xxx&context=birdville.
Click, Next.
(xxx’s denotes your campus#)
3. Name your shortcut as you’d like / Click Finish.
4. Now, you should see the shortcut you have created. Double click on it to test.
From the menu you can click on Favorites to add the short cut to the Favorites Bar or Favorites list if you wish, but that’s optional.
