This is the process of getting imagine learning downloaded to an IPad.
1. Download the app from the BISD App Catalog
or the Apple App Store
2. Open the app and enter the BISD site code as “server address”. Then choose “Connect”.
This step only has to be done one time on each iPad.
3. Choose “OK” to allow the microphone.
This step only has to be done one time on each iPad.
4. Students log in by using bisd+lunch number as the username and password.
5. Students MUST logout when done
1.Press pause button.
2. Press "Exit".
3. Press "Yes".
Note: If students do not logout, the session will not show up in the teacher dashboard.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
If you are using the Imagine Learning Espanol app, and the students are hearing only English in the app, use these special directions:
The first is that we'll want you to verify in the teacher portal that their first language is set to Spanish. After that you'll want to follow the instructions below to make sure that you are connecting to the Spanish server and not to the Cloud-based English server.
These are the steps to take:
- Bring up the Imagine Español app.
- In the lower left corner, there should be a settings icon. Click or press it.
- You will be prompted for a password. Click or press in the password field and then enter "ImagineLearning" without the quotes and then press Done.
- On the settings screen click or press in the server address field and enter the server address - http://10.240.204.117 - and then press Done.
- You should then be taken to the login page again. At the bottom of the page, you should see the server address in parentheses.
