If your Ladibug software is display a blank screen like the one below, please verify that you are turning on the Document Camera before you launch the Ladibug software.

 

 

 

To confirm that your Document Camera is on and ready for use with the software, please verify that there is a solid Blue Light on the Document Camera like the example below:
