If you are trying to use your projector and receive a No Signal error message, you may need to check the display settings on your computer. To do this, turn on your projector and follow the steps below:
Step 1
Right Click in the blank space of your desktop wallpaper and select the Display Settings (Screen Resolution on Windows 11) menu item.
Step 2
In the Display Settings menu, click the detect button as shown in the example:
If there is an available display for your computer to detect, you will see another monitor with a 2 on it display in the menu. If the computer does not detect another display device, you will need to ensure that your cables are securely connected.
