1. When calling from an in district phone other than your own inside the district.
Dial ext 5500, then press the * key as soon as the voicemail answers.
2. When calling from a phone outside the district.
Dial 817-547-5500, then press the * key as soon as the voicemail answers.
In either case, voicemail will prompt you to enter:
Your ID (which is your 4 digit extension)
Your Pin/Password to retrieve your voicemail.
