The technology department has placed a handy tool on your desktop background that will allow you to quickly find your computer name and network address in the event you require technical support. It will also provide you with information on how to access the BISD Knowledge Base which includes 100+ articles directly related to district technology devices and services.
The new tool will sit in the bottom right hand corner of your screen so it will not be intrusive to your wallpaper background. It will look similar to the image above but it will be customized automatically with your computer’s information.
