We recently released changes to the wifi that automates the login process for teachers and staff only.
This may have introduced some login issues for select users.
To resolve those issues, please follow the procedure below.
STEP 1
Connect the Chromebook to the to BISD-Guest network and click ‘Accept’ on the portal web page.
STEP 2
Open a Chrome browser.
Enter chrome://policy in the URL bar at the top and press enter on the keyboard.
STEP 3
Select Reload Policies.
STEP 4
Reboot the Chromebook.
STEP 5
Login to the Chromebook as normal and connect to BISD-5G.
