If you need to reset your Password, you'll need to go to the portal at "https://my.birdvilleschools.net"
You'll need to click on the "Help, I forgot my password"
When you come to the following screen, you'll need to put in your "b" number for the username.
For example: b12345
From here, you'll need to complete the presented requirements based on the original setup. For example,
answering security questions, entering in text code, or validating via email.
Once you finish authenticating your account, you'll be prompted to change your password.
You'll need to create a new password that's at least 16 characters long. Type it in twice to confirm. Then click on the green checkmark to change your password.
