If you have a student who is unable to get logged into their portal, you can reset their password via the Teacher Console
You will access this from within your portal
From here, you'll click on the backpack as shown in the picture above. This is the Teacher Console. This will take you to the following screen:
At this screen, you'll select the class that the student is in.
From here, you'll click on "Students". This will show you the students in your class.
Once you click on the student, you'll see the option to "Manage Selected"
From here, you'll see an option to input a temporary password for the student. You'll then hit the "reset" button. The student must change the password at their next login. Their new password must be at least 8 characters long.
