Navigate to our BISD Help Desk Portal at helpdesk.birdvilleschools.net

Select the New Ticket icon.

Select the appropriate category and sub category that's best related to the issue.

Please provide a brief description of the issue.

Please provide a detailed description of the issue. You can also include screenshots by clicking "Attach a file".

Issue location
Select the campus.
STEP 8
Room Number
Enter "NA"
STEP 9
Phone Number
Provide a contact number.
