Possible Solution

When I search a student’s name within SE 504 or RtI, they do not appear

  • Make sure you are not hitting “enter” after you type the student’s name

  • Select “Student Search” link or Students button; type students name (DO hit “enter” after you type); click yellow pencil next to student’s name; select “Enrollment” tab; make sure box next to the desired product (SE 504 and/or RtI)  is checked

When I follow the previous directions and search a student under the Students tab, the student’s name is not in the search results.

  • Click “Add a New Student”

  • Type in the student’s name; select “Import Student from SIS”

When I click “Add a New Student” and enter the student’s name, they do not populate in the search results.

  • If you are using the Chrome web browser, try using a different one (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, etc.) and follow those steps again

After I made sure the student’s enrollment was correct, I am able to see them in the product but cannot create any forms.

  • Click “Student Search” link (under the title “Student Forms”); type students name (DO hit “enter” after you type); click yellow pencil next to student’s name; click the “Program Compliance” tab, then the “Section 504” or “RtI” link right below it; select  “Active” from drop down menu under Status.

  • If you’ve taken the steps above and still cannot create any forms, email Emily Rivera ( to ensure you have the correct user role for your campus

I cannot log in to my account.


Possible Solution

I don’t know where to go to log-in to SuccessEd.

I can’t log on from the app on the ClassLink portal.

  • While an app for SuccessEd can be added to your portal, it has not been activated for single sign on use. Please go directly to to log in--do NOT use ClassLink.

I can’t remember my username/password

  • Username will be your Birdville ISD email address. Use the “Forgot Password” option to have a link to reset your password emailed to you

When I click “Forgot Password” and type in my Birdville ISD email, it says I am not found in the system
