Sometimes a student or staff member's password must be changed due to security reasons or they have requested a password reset. When that happens, they are given a temporary password. Here's an example of this process below. 





You will type in the temporary password that was given to you, along with your normal portal username. When you hit "Sign In," you'll see the following screen.



From here, you'll type in your new password. For Staff, the new password needs to be at least 16 characters. For Students, it needs to be at least 8 characters. Once you've typed in the new password, hit "Submit."




Once you've hit "Submit," you'll then be logged into your portal. Your password has been changed successfully
