In some instances, a student or staff member has their password reset by Technology because of Security Reasons. In this case, you will need to create a new password. You will login to your portal with your regular Username and Password, as seen below.





You'll then have a prompt on the screen to create a new password. Remember, staff member passwords need to be at least 16 characters long, while student passwords need to be at least 8 characters long. Here's what the prompt will look like:






On this screen, you'll create your new password. Once done, hit "Submit." You will then be logged into your portal, as seen below.




Once on this screen, you'll have successfully changed your password.
