Step 1
Log in to Outlook Webmail via Microsoft Office 365.

Click on the Settings Cog in the upper right hand corner.

Click on View All Outlook Settings in the bottom right corner.

Click on Compose and reply
Step 5
Type Name, Title, Campus/Department, Phone, BISD email.
Check the box next to Automatically include my signature on new messages that I compose and Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to

Go to http://www.birdvilleschools.net/logo

Right click on the logo and Copy Image
Step 3
Paste image into signature box and adjust size
