Placing a Call on Hold

When you are in a call, you can place an active audio call on hold and resume the call when you are ready.

During a call, press the Hold key on the desk phone.

Or tap More on the screen then Put call on hold

If only one call is placed on hold, press the Hold key or tap Resume

If multiple calls are placed on hold, tap the Play key on the right side of the desired held call.
