Microsoft Teams: Call Forwarding (Desk Phone)

STEP 1

To forward calls to voicemail you will want to go into your settings by selecting the Profile icon at the top right.

STEP 2

Select Settings.

STEP 3

Select Calling.

STEP 4

Turn on Call Forwarding by selecting the toggle button on the right.

STEP 5

Select Forward To.

Then select Voicemail
