Microsoft Teams: Forwarding Incoming Calls to Delegates if Unanswered (Desk Phone)

STEP 1

Select the icon in the upper left hand corner of your Phone's home screen containing your initials.

STEP 2

Select Settings, then Calling.

STEP 3

Select If unanswered, then tap My delegates.
