To factory reset your Yealink desk phone please follow these steps:



STEP 1


 Press the "Teams symbol" key on the phone keypad to make sure the phone screen is "awake."





STEP 2


Press the "*" key and the "#" key at the same time for at least 6 seconds.





STEP 3


Press "OK" when prompted, "Reset to factory setting?"





The phone will restart and pull up the screen with instructions on how to sign into the phone:



Signing into your Yealink deskphone consists of two methods: Logging in via a separate device using a randomly generate code, and logging in through the phone manually.




SIGN IN USING CODE


STEP 1


You will need to use a separate device with internet access for this method. Once your device boots up, you will be given a code that can be used to login to the device through this website: 

https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/deviceauth






STEP 2 


 Upon entering the code after navigating to the given website, you will be prompted to have another code given to you via text or call if you are not already signed in on the device you are using. Once that is complete, you will select your account and be prompted to close the tab and your device should be successfully logged in.


 




SIGN IN ON DESKPHONE


STEP 1 


Below the randomly generated code, there is an option to "sign in on this device".



 




STEP 2


You will then be prompted to enter your district email using the onscreen keyboard.






STEP 3 


 You will then have a code sent to your personal phone. Once entered, you will be signed in and presented with the home screen.
