Select "Primary Info" on the left hand side, then choose the Gray silhouette.

From here you will be Present with the screen below.
You can choose to take the picture while in this window, or you can choose from the Camera Roll.
Step 3
To choose from the camera roll, click "Choose a file", then navigate to the "Pictures" tab on the left side, then open the Camera Roll. Click the picture you would like to use, then click Open.
When you see the photo within this window, It has successfully uploaded into Focus. You can click the red X and their picture will update!
