BISD students are each provided with a free "First Time" Chromebook and charger replacement. Instructions for claiming this First Time Replacement can be found here: https://helpdesk.birdvilleschools.net/support/solutions/articles/13000065769-first-time-student-chromebook-damage-loss
If a student has damaged or lost a device after receiving their free-of-charge replacement, they will need to pay a replacement/repair fee in order to receive a replacement device. This process is done by visiting the BISD payment portal and selecting Chromebooks from the menu:

The person paying for the replacement will need to verify that they have created an account signed in by clicking the login button at the top-right:
You will need to select the option from the left-hand menu that applies to your specific type of replacement needed. Please note that there are items for Chromebooks and separate items for Chromebook chargers. Additionally, there are items for Economically Disadvantaged Households:
After selecting the item needing to be replaced, please enter the student's last name and ID number to verify the correct recipient. Complete the Home Campus & Guardian Name fields and then select Add to Cart. You will then be walked through the final steps requiring your payment information.
PLEASE NOTE: A receipt will be emailed to you based on the address you used to create your account. Please print this receipt and have the student bring it to their campus in order to facilitate the process of confirming the payment and receiving a replacement device.
